This interactive session will bring to light some of the challenges of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the HPC and Energy industries. The panelists will discuss models for effective DEI programs, tactics for reaching new talent pools, and explore the lingering impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on women and under-represented groups in these industries. Has anything changed since 2021? How do we attract younger generations? Are international companies better at DEI?
